Solstice Materials gains after raising annual forecast on strong specialty materials demand

Second-quarter net sales rose more than 11% from a year ago to $1.15 billion, while adjusted core profit increased 2% to $290 million.
As of the last close, SOLS was up 14.5% year to date.
Shares rise after higher full-year outlook
Specialty materials maker Solstice Advanced Materials (SOLS.O) was up 4.4% at $58.14 in premarket trading after raising its full-year adjusted profit and sales forecast on strong demand for nuclear, refrigerants and electronic materials, as well as pricing actions.
The company said it now expects 2026 adjusted earnings to be between $2.75 per share and $2.95 per share, compared with its prior view of $2.45 per share to $2.75 per share.
