Solventum unveiled its $200 million Innovation Hub on April 1, 2026, at 1750 Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan, Minnesota. The purpose-built facility includes cutting-edge research and development labs, a quality testing lab, pilot manufacturing lines and collaborative workspaces designed for medical device and healthcare innovation.
2. Consolidation of Minnesota Operations
The Eagan hub consolidates staff and operations previously spread across Maplewood, Oakdale and Eden Prairie, bringing more than 1,800 employees under one roof. The move is intended to streamline supply chain processes, foster cross-functional collaboration and reduce operational redundancies.

Independent since its April 1, 2024 spinoff from 3M, Solventum selected Minnesota for its strong healthcare ecosystem and supportive local leadership.
