Solésence amended three loan agreements on Sept. 30, extending maturities with Strandler and Beachcorp from April 30, 2027, to May 31, 2028.

1. Loan maturities extended

Solésence entered fourth amendments to three loan agreements on Sept. 30, 2026: one with Strandler, one with Beachcorp and one for Beachcorp’s revolving facility. The amendments extended maturities from April 30, 2027, to May 31, 2028. Strandler and Beachcorp are affiliates of controlling shareholder Bradford T. Whitmore.
