- Sono-Tek will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Milton, New York on Aug. 20, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote to elect three directors to serve through the 2028 annual meeting.
- The meeting will also vote on ratifying CBIZ CPAs as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2027.
