Southland unit American Bridge reached a settlement with Liberty Mutual, Zurich, Fidelity to resolve WSCC Project surety losses.
Payment is set at $5 million by Sept. 30, 2026 to settle about $36.4 million of losses tied to the project.
About $34 million of the losses relate to the Washington State Convention Center judgment against American Bridge.
