Southport Acquisition II prices $200 million IPO at $10 per unit
Southport Acquisition Corp. II priced an IPO of 20 million units at $10 each. The units are set to trade on the NYSE under PORT.U starting Oct. 1, 2026.
1. IPO details
Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a redeemable warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share. The shares and warrants are expected to list as PORT and PORT.W once the units separate. Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 3 million additional units at the IPO price.
