S&P Global Reports 2025 Pro Forma Results and AI-Led Market Intelligence Reorg
SPGI•S&P Global published pro forma results reflecting its July 1 Mobility spin-off, recasting full-year 2025 and Q1 2026 segment margins and expense allocations across four divisions. It reorganized Market Intelligence into Kensho Data & Platforms and Enterprise Solutions with key leadership appointments and scheduled Q2 earnings for July 28.
1. Pro Forma Financials After Mobility Spin-Off
S&P Global released pro forma financial statements for full-year 2025, all four quarters of 2025 and Q1 2026 that exclude contributions from the newly spun-off Mobility division. The recast includes revised inter-segment adjustments and a realignment of expense allocations across the remaining four divisions to reflect standalone operations.
2. Market Intelligence Operating Model Overhaul
The company reorganized its Market Intelligence unit into two specialized verticals: Kensho Data & Platforms, which consolidates data delivery, AI tools and client interfaces under one leadership, and Enterprise Solutions, which focuses on pricing, reference data and agentic workflows tied to financial markets. This structure aims to streamline customer workflows and accelerate the rollout of integrated AI-native capabilities.
3. Executive Leadership Changes
Sally Moore has been named Co-Head of Kensho Data & Platforms, Bhavesh Dayalji will lead Kensho Data & Intelligence, Whit McGraw becomes Head of Platforms, and Darren Thomas has been elevated to Co-Head of Enterprise Solutions and joined the Executive Leadership Team. Chief Legal Officer Steve Kemps announced his retirement effective December 31, 2026, and the company has initiated a search for his successor.
4. Q2 2026 Earnings Schedule
S&P Global will issue its Q2 2026 results via news release at approximately 7:15 a.m. EDT on July 28, followed by a conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. EDT the same day. The webcast and a telephone replay will be accessible through the Investor Relations website, with the audio archive available for one year.
