SPCX•SpaceX priced its Nasdaq IPO at $135 per share, raising $75 billion and valuing the company at $1.75 trillion. The 1.75 trillion valuation implies a 94-times 2025 revenue multiple of $18.7 billion and only 3–4% of shares will be publicly tradable.
SpaceX set its debut share price at $135 on Nasdaq, raising $75 billion through the offering. This fundraising total marks the largest IPO in history by amount raised, surpassing all prior public listings.
The pricing values SpaceX at $1.75 trillion, more than five times the size of the previous record $29.4 billion IPO by Saudi Aramco. At that valuation, SpaceX trades at roughly 94 times its 2025 revenue.
Investors will initially have access to only 3–4% of total shares, amplifying potential price swings on limited supply. Sustaining a $1.75 trillion market cap would require revenues to grow from $18.7 billion in 2025 to over $100 billion by 2030.
