Sparklight Carrier Services, part of Cable One, has rolled out TransUnion Universal Order Connect to automate wholesale connectivity order management.
The system standardizes electronic transactions from order validation through status tracking, with the goal of speeding delivery and reducing manual steps.
The update is intended to improve order accuracy and lifecycle visibility for carriers, wireless providers and ISPs expanding into new markets.
Sparklight Carrier Services provides wholesale connectivity across a fiber network spanning 24 states.
