SPE•Special Opportunities Fund declared three Q4 2026 monthly common-share distributions of $0.1087 per share, plus a $0.171875-per-share dividend on its Series C 2.75% Convertible Preferred Stock.
1. Distribution schedule
The common-share distributions are based on an 8% annual payout rate tied to a $16.31 net asset value. Record dates are Oct. 20, Nov. 17 and Dec. 22, with payments scheduled for Oct. 30, Nov. 30 and Dec. 31. The preferred-stock dividend is payable Dec. 31 to holders of record Dec. 22.
