Spectrum expands fiber broadband to 1,300 more Knox County, Ohio locations

Spectrum’s current broadband offers include speeds up to 1 Gbps, with starting speeds of 500 Mbps.

The expansion is part of a multi-year rural construction initiative backed by more than $7 billion in private investment.

Spectrum said the program aims to add 100,000+ miles of fiber infrastructure and reach more than 1.7 million new locations nationwide with symmetrical multi-gigabit capability.

Charter Communications’ Spectrum expanded its fiber broadband network in Knox County, Ohio, adding service access for more than 1,300 homes and businesses.

The buildout targets previously unserved or underserved areas near Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown, Howard, and Mount Vernon.
