Spero Therapeutics issues 233,000 RSUs, 323,000 stock options to new hires under inducement plan
SPRO•Spero Therapeutics granted new hires 233,000 restricted stock units and 323,000 stock options under its 2019 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan, dated Oct. 1, 2026.
1. Award vesting terms
The stock options vest 25% on the first work anniversary, with the remainder vesting monthly over 36 months, contingent on continued employment. The RSUs vest in four equal annual installments beginning on the first work anniversary, also contingent on continued employment.
