Sphere 3D amends ATM equity sales agreement, targets up to $10.3 million share offering

Sphere 3D entered an amended and restated at-the-market equity distribution agreement, adding Maxim Group as sales agent alongside A.G.P.
The program allows sales of up to $10.3 million of common shares under a Form S-3 prospectus supplement.
The prior at-the-market program for up to $8 million was terminated; it sold 2,172,789 shares for about $5.13 million in gross proceeds.
