Sphere 3D shareholders approve name change to DarkHorse Technologies at special meeting

Sphere 3D shareholders met today to vote on a rebranding plan.
They backed a resolution to change the company’s name to DarkHorse Technologies Inc.; the legal change becomes effective upon completion of a continuance.
They also endorsed use of the Nasdaq ticker symbol DRK; shares will keep trading as ANY until the name change takes effect.
