Sphere Entertainment Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $38.33 million; revenue rises 11% to $313.6 million

Sphere Entertainment posted revenue of $313.6 million, up 11% year over year, while operating loss widened 22% to $61.3 million.
Net loss attributable to stockholders was $38.79 million, swinging from net income a year earlier; diluted loss per share was $1.07.
Segment performance
Sphere segment revenue climbed 29% to $226.4 million, while MSG Networks revenue fell 18% to $87.3 million on a 16.5% subscriber decline.
Non-GAAP adjusted operating income slipped 17% to $50.9 million; Sphere’s adjusted operating income rose 60% to $39.9 million.
Project and partnership updates
Sphere Abu Dhabi was sited on Yas Island, with construction expected to finish by end-2029.
A five-year Formula 1 Las Vegas deal extends through 2030.
