Spinoso Real Estate Group adds 116,000-sq-ft DICK’S House of Sport anchor at Mall at Partridge Creek
DKS•Spinoso Real Estate Group lined up DICK’S House of Sport as the final anchor at The Mall at Partridge Creek, where the retailer will redevelop the former Nordstrom space into a 116,000-square-foot store.
1. New mall anchor
DICK’S House of Sport will occupy the former Nordstrom space at the west end of The Mall at Partridge Creek in Macomb County. The addition extends a repositioning that began after Spinoso took over management and leasing in 2021; existing anchors include MJR Theatres and Powerhouse Gym.
