Splash Beverage Group sold 9,232,047 common shares from June 30 to July 8, 2026 under its ELOC Agreement with C/M Capital Master Fund.
The transaction generated gross proceeds of $1,265,063.
The shares were issued without registration under Section 4(a)(2) and Rule 506(b). Purchaser resales were registered on the company’s Form S-1, effective June 22, 2026.
