Splash Beverage Group to repay Decathlon Alpha IV loan for $301,800.55 under settlement deal

Splash Beverage Group reached a payoff deal to settle $2.83 million of obligations under its revenue loan with Decathlon Alpha IV.
The company can discharge the debt by paying $301,800.55 on or before Aug. 31, 2026.
Payment by the deadline triggers a full release from all remaining obligations under the loan agreement.
