Spok names Shiv Gopalkrishnan EVP and general manager
SPOK•Spok appointed Shiv Gopalkrishnan executive vice president and general manager. He most recently led Philips’ Healthcare IT business, valued at roughly $400 million.

Gopalkrishnan will oversee engineering, product strategy and sales, reporting to CEO Vince Kelly. He most recently served as Philips’ global senior vice president and business leader for Healthcare IT, leading a roughly $400 million business.
