SpringBig filed a Form NT 10-Q, delaying its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The company said it missed the Aug. 14, 2026 deadline because of added work to confirm the accounting treatment for a July 13 reorganization.
SpringBig expects to file the Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the original due date.
It said the transaction is expected to be reported as discontinued operations under ASC 205-20, with prior periods recast for the disposed software platform business.
