Bylaw amendment lowers quorum requirement

SpringBig Holdings amended its bylaws on Sept. 14, 2026, cutting the stockholder meeting quorum requirement to one-third of voting power.

The changes also updated all bylaw references to SBIG Holdings to align with the company’s name change.
