CXM•Sprinklr appointed Jamie Thompson global head of services and support. It also named Jack Nichols senior vice president of service product management and Mike Conlon senior vice president of global alliances and partnerships.

Sprinklr appointed Jamie Thompson global head of services and support; he previously served as chief customer officer at BMC Helix. Jack Nichols joins as senior vice president of service product management, after serving as vice president of product management for Genesys Cloud. Mike Conlon joins as senior vice president of global alliances and partnerships, after leading Zoom’s Americas channel business.
