CEO transition set for Jan. 4, 2027

Sprouts Farmers Market set a CEO transition effective Jan. 4, 2027, naming President and Chief Operating Officer Nick Konat as CEO.

Konat will join the board of directors on the effective date.
Current CEO Jack Sinclair will move to executive chairman on Jan. 4, 2027.
Board Chairman Joe Fortunato will become lead independent director on Jan. 4, 2027.
