SPX Technologies beats Q2 estimates on acquisitions, data center demand

- 2026 adjusted EPS: $8.20 to $8.60, up from the prior $7.75 to $8.15 range
Drivers behind the quarter
- Data center demand - Higher volumes of cooling equipment, mainly from increased data center demand and expanded capacity, drove HVAC segment revenue growth.
- Acquisitions - Recent acquisitions, including Crawford United, Thermolec and Sigma & Omega, contributed to inorganic revenue growth in HVAC.
- Project volumes - Higher project volumes in aids to navigation and communication technologies businesses supported Detection & Measurement segment revenue growth.
