Spyre Therapeutics grants inducement awards of 2,106 stock options, 745 RSUs to new employee

Spyre Therapeutics granted inducement equity awards to one non-executive employee under its 2018 Equity Inducement Plan.

The award covers stock options for 2,106 shares, priced at $88.5, with a 10-year term. The options vest 25% on the first anniversary of the start date, then monthly in 48 installments, subject to continued service.

The grant also includes 745 RSUs that vest 25% annually on set quarterly dates starting after the start date.

The compensation committee set the awards on Sept. 1, 2026.
