SRX Global regains full compliance with NYSE American listing standards
SRXH•NYSE American compliance restored
SRX Global received NYSE Regulation notice confirming it has regained full compliance with NYSE American continued listing standards.
The exchange said the company resolved deficiencies tied to Section 1003(a)(i) and (ii) cited in an Oct. 14, 2025 letter.
NYSE American will stop disseminating the “.BC” compliance indicator, and SRX Global will be removed from the exchange’s noncompliant issuers list.
