St. Joe Q2 FY26 net income rises 37% to $40.5 million; revenue increases 23% to $158.8 million

The board declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.16 per share, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders of record Aug. 21.
Second-quarter results
The St. Joe Company posted second-quarter net income up 37% to USD 40.5 million, lifting EPS to USD 0.71.
Revenue rose 23% to USD 158.8 million, led by a 59% jump in real estate revenue to USD 69.6 million.
Hospitality revenue increased 8% to a quarterly record USD 74.2 million, while leasing revenue fell 9% to USD 15 million on the Watercrest sale.
