2. Capital and development
Share repurchases more than doubled to $64.9 million in the first nine months of 2026. The fourth-quarter dividend increased 13% to $0.18 per share, payable December 11, 2026. A second phase of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound will add approximately 3,500 homes, bringing the planned community to approximately 7,200 homes.
