Parcel sale to Home Depot at Lexington Exchange

St. John Properties sold a 13.52-acre parcel at its 140-acre Lexington Exchange mixed-use development in California, Maryland, to Home Depot.

Home Depot plans to open its first Southern Maryland store at the site, expanding the retail draw for St. Mary’s County.

Lexington Exchange currently has five buildings totaling about 185,000 square feet, with plans supporting roughly 600,000 square feet of commercial space.
