Stabilis Solutions reported Q1 revenue of $10.4 million, a net loss of $4.1 million and adjusted EBITDA of ($0.7) million. It secured a $200 million, two-year LNG supply contract for a U.S. data center and is progressing its Galveston LNG project toward FID.

1. Q1 Financial Results

Stabilis reported first quarter 2026 revenue of $10.4 million, a 40.2% decline year-over-year, net loss of $4.1 million and adjusted EBITDA of ($0.7) million. Cash flow from operations reached $12.4 million thanks to $15.0 million in advance payments, while cash reserves stood at $13.7 million with $3.5 million available under credit facilities.

2. New LNG Contract and Aerospace Growth

The company secured a $200 million, two-year LNG supply contract for behind-the-meter power generation at a U.S. data center starting in Q1 2027. Aerospace revenues grew 31% year-over-year, and several commercial data center solutions are expected to commence in Q2 2026.

3. Galveston LNG and Future Outlook

Stabilis continues development of its Galveston LNG facility and a dedicated Jones Act bunker barge, advancing toward final investment decisions and additional offtake agreements. Management expects stronger earnings in H2 2026 as small-scale LNG demand rises and large data center contract ramp-up begins in early 2027.
