Stabilis Solutions changed auditors for fiscal 2026 after Ham, Langston and Brezina resigned on July 8, 2026.
The resignation followed a transaction in which CohnReznick acquired certain assets of Ham, Langston and Brezina.
CohnReznick was engaged as the new independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
The former auditor’s reports for 2025 and 2024 carried no adverse opinion, disclaimer, or qualification.
No accounting disputes or reportable events were cited through the resignation date.
