DonerColle Partners, a joint venture formed earlier this year between Stagwell agencies Doner and Colle McVoy, has appointed Mariana O’Kelly as its inaugural chief creative officer. Effective June 1, she will lead the creative direction and vision across both agencies within the new partnership framework.
O’Kelly arrives with nearly three decades of experience, having shaped campaigns for global brands including KFC, Philips, Kellogg’s, Campbell’s and SC Johnson. Her tenure at Leo Burnett and Ogilvy earned top industry accolades like Cannes Lions Grand Prix and drove measurable sales uplifts, including a 30% rise in diaper sales for Huggies.
In her new role, O’Kelly will oversee creative work for national clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, DQ, Hershey, Jeep, Ram, La-Z-Boy, Perdue and McCormick. This leadership appointment underscores Stagwell’s strategy to leverage high-profile creative talent to drive cultural relevance and business growth across its agency network.
