Standard Lithium posted a net loss of USD 5.79 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from USD 6.53 million a year earlier.
Total comprehensive loss widened to USD 10.95 million from USD 5.53 million, as currency translation differences swung to a USD 5.16 million loss.
Smackover Lithium commercial and contract updates
Smackover Lithium signed a 10-year take-or-pay offtake with Trafigura for 8,000 metric tons per year of lithium carbonate; it also awarded key EPC-related contracts.
Cash, operating use and investment in Smackover Lithium
Cash fell to USD 137.25 million at June 30, 2026 from USD 152.31 million at year-end; net cash used in operating activities rose to USD 9 million.
Investment in Smackover Lithium climbed to USD 193.11 million from USD 168.87 million, reflecting USD 27.23 million of capital contributions.
