Standard Lithium said it targets a final investment decision later in 2026 and aims to start construction promptly, with first battery-grade lithium carbonate production planned for 2029.
Cash and working capital totaled $137.3 million and $137.1 million at June 30, and the company said it has no term or revolving debt.
South West Arkansas project clears federal review
Standard Lithium reported Q2 2026 progress at its South West Arkansas lithium project, saying it has cleared the federal NEPA process with a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI).
The company said it signed two construction contracts ahead of a final investment decision, covering the central processing facility and the upstream well field.
