StandardAero wins US Air Force contract for predictive maintenance on F100-220 engines
SARO•StandardAero won a U.S. Air Force award to deploy its Maintenance Insight predictive maintenance tools for the F100-220 engine program. The engine powers more than 175 F-15 aircraft, and the award extends the tools to a fifth USAF engine type.
1. Predictive maintenance award
StandardAero will deploy its Maintenance Insight predictive maintenance tools for the U.S. Air Force’s F100-220 engine program. The tools will run on the USAF cloud ecosystem and use AI, machine learning and digital twins to forecast engine failures and guide maintenance planning.
