Standex appoints Brenna Preisser to board, effective Jan. 1, 2027
SXI•Standex International appointed Brenna D. Preisser as an independent director, effective Jan. 1, 2027. She will succeed B. Joanne Edwards, who is retiring from the board that day.
1. Board appointment
Preisser will serve on the board’s Innovation & Technology Committee. She has been executive vice president and president of Brunswick Boat Group at Brunswick since August 2024.
