Standex International announces 2026 annual shareholder meeting

Standex will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Salem, New Hampshire, on Oct. 20, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the election of three directors to three-year terms ending in 2029.
An advisory vote on executive compensation is also scheduled.
The meeting will seek ratification of Deloitte & Touche as independent auditor for FY 2027.
