Stantec-Revery JV wins Surrey-SFU contract for Centre Block Phase One design services

The project, led by the City of Surrey with Simon Fraser University, includes space for a new medical school, childcare, retail, community space and leased offices.
Completion is targeted for August 2030, when SFU Stephens Family School of Medicine moves into the building.
Contract win for Centre Block Phase One
Stantec won a contract, via a joint venture with Revery Architecture, to design Centre Block Phase One in downtown Surrey, British Columbia.
The scope covers architectural design, engineering, sustainability, acoustics, building envelope, ICT, lighting and electrical design for a 12-storey, 550,000-square-foot mixed-use building.
