Star Bulk Carriers launched a public offering in Greece of up to 4,300,000 new common shares with $0.01 par value.

Joint global coordinators and distribution channels

AXIA Ventures Group, an Alpha Bank group member, was named joint global coordinator with National Bank of Greece.

The target market spans eligible counterparties, professional clients, and retail clients with at least basic investment knowledge and moderate risk tolerance.

Distribution channels include investment advice, portfolio management, order reception and transmission, and order execution.
