Star Equity's Hudson Talent Solutions acquires Cornerstone RPO
STRR•STRR•STRR•STRR•Star Equity Holdings’ Hudson Talent Solutions acquired Cornerstone RPO in a transaction that closed November 2, 2026. Cornerstone brings more than 30 active clients and will join Hudson’s Business Services division.
Hudson Talent Solutions acquired Richmond, Virginia-based Cornerstone RPO, which will join Hudson’s Business Services division. The acquisition expands Hudson’s U.S. recruitment outsourcing presence with more than 30 active clients; integration into Hudson’s back-office platform is expected to improve cost efficiency.
The larger U.S. footprint is expected to generate taxable income, supporting greater use of net operating loss carryforwards. Cornerstone co-founder Rodney Ashby joined Hudson as a North American sales leader focused on enterprise accounts and client integration.
