Star Fashion Culture prices 12,000,000-share follow-on offering at $0.80 per share
STFS•Star Fashion Culture Holdings priced a best-efforts follow-on offering of 12 million Class A ordinary shares at $0.80 each, with gross proceeds expected to be about $9.6 million.

Kingswood Capital Partners is acting as placement agent. The offering is expected to close on Sept. 28, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Net proceeds are earmarked for online marketing services development, general administration and working capital.
