Starbucks to close about 1% of North America coffeehouses, expects $300 million in charges

Starbucks plans to close about 1% of its North American coffeehouses and expects $300 million in restructuring charges, including $200 million in cash charges. Its FY2026 guidance reflects about 250 North American closures and about 440 net new global openings.
