Stardust Power faces Nasdaq delisting over minimum bid price violation
SDST•Nasdaq plans to suspend trading in Stardust Power common stock and warrants and delist them at the opening on October 23, 2026, after the common stock closed at $0.10 or less for 10 consecutive trading days. The company also faces a separate deadline to meet Nasdaq’s $35 million minimum market value requirement by October 21, 2026.
1. Nasdaq delisting determination
Nasdaq will suspend trading in Stardust Power’s common stock and warrants and delist its securities at the opening on October 23, 2026. The determination followed 10 consecutive trading days through October 14 in which the common stock closed at $0.10 or less, and comes before the original March 10, 2027, deadline to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement.
2. Other compliance deadline
Stardust Power must also meet Nasdaq’s $35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement by October 21, 2026. Hearing requests are due October 23 at 4 p.m. Eastern, but an appeal will not stay the trading suspension.
