The company will leverage midstream refining expertise and ready its Muskogee refinery, slated for 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually, to curb foreign supply dependence.

Stardust Power has formalized its participation in the Lithium Regional Innovation Cluster via a memorandum of understanding, joining a coalition of industry, technology, academic and public-sector stakeholders. This initiative aims to accelerate innovation in lithium processing and strengthen coordination across the U.S. supply chain.

2. Refinery Development and Impact

The company will apply its midstream refining expertise while preparing construction of a Muskogee, Oklahoma refinery designed to produce up to 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate per year. This project is intended to boost domestic refining capacity and reduce dependence on foreign lithium sources.
