- Stardust Power raised the size of its at-the-market equity program with B. Riley Securities by up to an additional aggregate of $6.08 million.
- Sales will be made under the existing at-the-market issuance sales agreement dated May 8, 2026.
- The updated share amount will be issued under the company’s effective Form S-3 registration statement.
