Starfighters Space CEO Tim Franta base salary rises to $350,000, bonus cap set at 50%
FJET•Starfighters Space raised CEO Tim Franta’s base salary to $350,000 from $108,000, effective Sept. 28, 2026, and made him eligible for an annual bonus of up to 50% of base salary.
1. Executive pay changes
The company also raised CFO David Whitney’s base salary to $300,000 from $180,000, effective Sept. 28, 2026, and set his annual bonus opportunity at up to 30% of base salary. Back pay was authorized for both executives. Bonus amounts above $75,000 will be paid 65% in cash and 35% in restricted stock units vesting over three years.
