Stark Focus swings to Q2 profit of $68,730; posts no revenue

Stark Focus Group swung to net income of $68,730 in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from a net loss of $12,843.
Results included a $88,612 gain on debt forgiveness; general and administrative expenses rose 61.73% to $18,086.
Finance costs increased 8.26% to $1,796; interest stopped accruing June 10 when outstanding notes were terminated.
Balance sheet and strategy update
Revenue remained absent; June 30 liabilities fell to $5,087 from $182,812 at Dec. 31, 2025, leaving a $5,087 working-capital deficit.
The company said its strategy pivot targets global AI data centers; MJG Polo bought 8,300,000 shares, appointing John Lipman CEO/CFO and David Rosenberg chairman.
