Annual restricted stock unit grant value lifted to $63,250 from $50,000, starting with the 2027 grant.
Pro-rated 2026 RSU grant to begin vesting on the first and second anniversaries of Sept. 1, 2026.
One-time cash bonus of $120,000 payable Sept. 1, 2026.
