Extraordinary general meeting set for Oct. 9

Starry Sea Acquisition Corp. will hold an extraordinary general meeting in New York on Oct. 9, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on extending the business-combination deadline from Nov. 7, 2026 to Nov. 7, 2027 via monthly extensions.
A trust agreement amendment is also up for a vote, setting a monthly extension deposit at the lesser of USD 60,000 or USD 0.033 per share.
Investors will also vote on authorizing an adjournment if additional time is needed to secure approval for the extension proposals.
