DiModica joins Starwood Property Trust board

Starwood Property Trust named President Jeffrey F. DiModica to its board effective Aug. 10, 2026.

DiModica will join the board’s investment committee.
He has led the company since 2014, overseeing investment committees across its business lines with about $31 billion in assets under management.
DiModica previously held investment banking roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, Merrill Lynch, and Chemical Bank.
Board member Jeffrey G. Dishner resigned from the board and investment committee effective Aug. 10, 2026.
